Although, this group started as a small dinner party group for professional Gujjus, aged 35-45 yrs living in london with an aim to meet broad minded, well achieved/ambitious, sophisticated Gujaratis in London and celebrate our wonderful cuisine.....it has now evolved into fun people who enjoy Indian food, cinema, literature, art and culture.   We try to meet at least once a fortnight.   

I've recently been thinking that it's often the case that when old friends get together, it can be a bit difficult to move the conversation beyond catching up on the latest' or reminiscing about last year's skiing holiday (to draw from a conversation I was having at last night's gathering).
